2. Educational purpose
AcreHaven publishes general educational material for rural land buyers and homesteaders. Our guides are not legal, tax, engineering, surveying, environmental, agricultural, lending, insurance, or real-estate advice. Local professionals and public authorities must confirm decisions for your property.
3. Accounts and requests
You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting a request and to keep it current while we respond. You are responsible for activity submitted through your device and must not impersonate another person or use our forms for unlawful purposes.
4. Digital products
Purchased guides are licensed for personal, household use by the purchaser. The license permits you to download, print, and use the material for your own acreage planning; it does not permit resale, public posting, redistribution, or incorporation into a competing commercial product.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before purchase. Payment details are handled by our payment service providers; AcreHaven does not ask you to send full card numbers through email or a contact form.
6. Delivery and refunds
Digital delivery instructions are provided after a successful order or by the email address supplied at checkout. If a file is inaccessible or materially corrupted, contact us within 14 days so we can correct the delivery. Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the product and circumstances.
7. Intellectual property
AcreHaven and its licensors own the site, logo, written guides, illustrations, photographs, layout, and original frameworks. Except for the personal license above, no right or ownership is transferred to you.
